The FBI released a press release announcing the Jan 6 bomber was finally arrested. Another “heroic” arrest from the FBI. I’d already read who she was from Glenn Beck’s “The Blaze”—except the press release said it was a male who worked as a bail bondsman. Hold on, what about the female with ties to the CIA who was accurately identified by her gait?
Identified by her gait? WTF. My own gait changes depending on how grumpy I am, whether there’s a stone in my shoe, whether it’s slick, whether I’m carrying something, or whether I’m just pissed off. Yet the experts said there was a 94+ percent chance they had the right person.
Then I read that “The Blaze” tipped off the ODNI, who then tipped off “The Blaze.” This wasn’t back-street alley stuff—this was top-level, good ole boy nod-and-wink stuff. So we have a young lady publicly accused, her information published all over the internet. She had to prove her innocence by showing a time-stamped video of her playing with her puppies.
I hope she has a decent law firm to help her with her lawsuit. She needs it.
Back at ODNI, we have yet to see heads roll. Why are we waiting?
Oh, and the FBI—don’t pat yourselves on the back for something that should have been done years ago.
These stories are becoming all too common. Here in Colorado, we have the story about Chrisanna Elser and her green Rivian truck. It was identified by Flock AI-powered license plate cameras in Bow Mar as stealing a package. She was accused by the police on video. She had to prove her innocence via her own time-stamped videos. The case was dismissed. The police officer was given “extra training.”
Now you have to prove yourself innocent by using your own time-stamped videos. I thought it was rough when I was polygraphed in the old Eastern Block for having too much fun. Now I’m not sure.
