A 70-year old Gold Star Mom, wears the bruises from a 29 year old inmate at La Vista Prison in Pueblo, Colorado. Why? Why is an elder senior who never committed a crime in her life, now in a Max security prison in Colorado, with actual murderers, and high level criminals, when she is accused of securing federal election Records? Why is a 70-year old woman shown no Mercy by a corrupt state system to keep her as a political prisoner, and having the WEAPONIZATION of a state government to beat her down for speaking up about the truth?
WHY is Tina Peters in an isolated situation, but not her 29 year old attacker who was convicted of stabbing people, and received 6 years in prison, while Tina Peters received 9.5 years for a minimum event?
Why did the La Vista Prison system allow a release of video footage to a local left leaning and antifa sympathizing news outlet, prior to any releases to attorneys for the assaulted Tina Peters?
What is going on in this prison system, statewide, and locally that this type of terror, and brutalization of an elder inmate is allowed in the light of day? Why is the governor of this state allowing this to happen?
Why is the CDOC allowing this to happen? What type of political powers are at play, or nasty corruption to constantly set up this woman?
Is everyone here afraid of the truth which is already out? 72 nations had their elections stolen, and all of the proof is with the DOJ. This makes Tina Peters exonerated for one, and further, undeserving of this much brutal treatment.
Why does the prison need to cool the HVAC which is not working so the heat goes over 90 degrees or really cold? Add the massive Mold problems already noted in prior complaints!
I am asking the DOJ to investigate the state, local prison systems, into these activities, and policies. Further I am asking the DOJ to investigate why the state officials are so brutal in their assessment and treatment of this 70-year old woman.
Not only have her civil rights been violated repeatedly, her Rights under the 8th amendment for cruel and unusual punishment have been Her first amendment rights are violated daily for speaking up in her own defense! JUST HOW MANY OF HER RIGHTS HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN VIOLATED? repeatedly violated. The ACA act for inmate wellness are also at risk here!
How much crime is enough before Tina Peters is given true protection from the criminal weaponizaton of the state of Colorado? ARE YOU ALL TRULY TRYING TO GETHER KILLED? IT SURE LOOKS LIKE
