These are real Americans who should still be alive today.
Every person listed below was killed in a separate violent crime committed by someone who was in this country illegally. Different states. Different dates. Same pattern. Same failure.
Dacara Thompson (19) — Killed in a home in Bowie, Maryland. Her body was thrown off a bridge.
Laken Riley (22) — Jogging on campus when she was beaten with a rock, suffocated, and assaulted.
Rachel Morin (37) — A mother of five abducted on a hiking trail, killed, and hidden in a culvert.
Kayla Hamilton (20) — A young woman with autism, bound, assaulted, and strangled in her own home.
Jocelyn Nungaray (12) — Abducted, assaulted, and killed in Houston. Found in a creek.
Larisha Sharell Thompson (40) — Shot and killed during a random attempted robbery in South Carolina.
Jamiel Shaw II (17) — A high school athlete shot in the street after being mistaken for a rival gang member.
These families deserved protection.
These lives deserved safety.
These tragedies were avoidable.
This is why enforcement matters. This is why ICE matters…”

STATUTORY CAUSE OF ACTION FOR WHOM?
STATE COURT REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS DURING IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT?
Are we now creating arguments so states can literally override federal orders just because the particular state has decided it can both violate not only the constitution of the United States, but any orders of the President, and national security rulings?
We already have protection for protecting residents against unconstitutional violations? We have judges, juries, lawyers, well except all of those the liberal left has illegally placed in authority, who daily violate both the laws of man, and the constitution?
No state has the right to determine when they will ignore a federal ruling, executive order if it is tied to national security! Only Colorado seems to think it is above the Law, or creates its own edicts, like giving away constitutional rights to totally ILLEGAL invaders and letting them violate the real rights of REAL citizens of America!
If the federal government, ICE, or any other current department of this federal government has deemed a group as a threat to national security, a terrorist group, or other designations that harm the general populace, it is not up to Colorado to act in Contempt, to the danger and harm of the real/actual citizens of this nation!
If an illegal invader is injured while causing harm, resisting arrest, attacking legal persons, or law enforcement, they give up their rights to even be in this country. They give up their rights on all fronts! This would then be a military / ice issue, not some legislature that creates bills to butcher innocent minor children, and cannot tell the difference between real laws, and destruction of an entire nation!
You do not get to call “Civil Immigration” your domain! You are already guilty of bringing tens of thousands of enemies into this state, without our permission!
You as a body do not have the right to OVERRIDE the national security of this nation, create bills, legal nightmare legislation, enabling enemy combatants, illegal invaders to have rights over the security of WE THE PEOPLE! You do not have the right to grant anyone immunity in Colorado who is not here legally! You have already ignored the supremacy clause rights of Tina Peters who was given a Presidential Pardon since her work is both federal and state, and she was falsely set up! But whether you believe this or not, you have committed High Treason with your ignorance, with your insurrectionist behavior to continue to protect enemies of America, Terror Groups!
FURTHER, YOU USING THE SAFETY CLAUSE TO IGNORE THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF COLORADO, IS LIKE YOU HAVE ALREADY DECLARED YOURSELVES DICTATORS, TYRANNTS, AND CRIMINALS! I DECLARE THIS BILL ANOTHER FORM OF TREASON, AND HARM TO THE GOOD CITIZENS OF AMERICA, AND COLORADO. I TOTALLY OBJECT!
