Three Senate Democrats questioned whether the site complies with federal law but didn’t specify which laws it allegedly violates. Democrats controlled Congress in 1993-1994, 2007-2010, and 2021-2022. This administration asked manufacturers to participate. Sixteen said yes.
Florida tested eight bread products and found glyphosate in six. Nature’s Own Butterbread tested at 191.04 parts per billion. Sara Lee Artesano White tested clean. All results fell within EPA tolerance limits. The FDA does not require glyphosate levels on food labels despite having access to the same testing data Florida published at exposingfoodtoxins.com. Florida paid third-party labs to conduct analysis federal agencies could conduct but don’t disclose. Governor DeSantis seeks a coalition of states conducting similar testing to bring findings to federal attention.
Federal agents arrested Zubayr al-Bakoush February 5 for the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attack. The indictment charges him with murdering Ambassador Chris Stevens and State Department employee Sean Smith. Colorado Springs security contractors Mark Geist and John Tiegen fought through the 13-hour assault. Both maintain that Stevens and Smith would have survived if their team hadn’t been told to stand down for approximately 30 minutes before responding. Attorney General Pam Bondi told reporters, “Hillary Clinton famously once said about Benghazi, ‘What difference at this point does it make?’ Well, it makes a difference to Donald Trump.”
House Oversight Chairman James Comer demanded records from Rep. Ilhan Omar’s husband by February 19. Timothy Mynett’s companies increased from $51,000 to potentially $30 million in one year according to congressional disclosures. His venture capital firm Rose Lake Capital claims to manage $60 billion in assets but lists no employees, advisors, clients, or portfolio companies. The website previously showed former ambassadors and members of Congress as advisors. Current versions removed all names after scrutiny began. On January 7, both parties voted to table Rep. Nancy Mace’s motion to subpoena Omar’s immigration records. Four weeks later, Comer requested the same information through a letter with no enforcement mechanism.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune received “assurances” Tuesday morning that he would use a standing filibuster to pass the SAVE Act. The Justice Department charged him with cyberstalking and threatening communications after he doxxed a pro-ICE individual’s parents’ house and posted “This is kill or be killed.” President Trump declared Antifa a domestic terrorist organization in January 2025. For four years under Biden, administration officials claimed Antifa didn’t exist. The Justice Department now arrests members on federal charges and labels them terrorists in official press releases.
California’s jungle primary shows Republican Chad Bianco at 13 percent and Republican Steve Hilton at 12 percent. Eight Democrats split the remaining field with 31 percent undecided. Democratic Party officials have not convinced candidates to consolidate. The top two advance regardless of party. Four months remain until the primary.
