JUST WHO OWNS ALL OF THESE COMPANIES CONTROLLING YOUR FUTURES? HOW DEEP ARE THE ROOTS OF UNKNOWN SHELL CORPS/PPPs, FOREIGN INTERESTS INTO YOUR TOWNS?TO: Colorado Springs City Council, Planning Commissioners, & Commissioners For El Paso County
RE: COLORADO AI DATA CENTER PROPOSALS – WHO IS DRIVING THE BOAT?
BY: Jeany Rush, Colorado Springs Concerned Citizen, Citizens’ Advocate for Transparency — 6-23-26
I am resending my Data Center information gathered to vote against HB26-1030 on AI Data Centers. This bill was pulled for opposition deluxe.
In a time when XCEL can still do eminent domain against innocent landowners to forward the agenda of the State of Colorado, the PUC (unelected people) — in an effort to keep pushing the green, net carbon lies and emissions hoaxes, as even put forth by our Presidential Executive Orders — companies globally are still fighting for these issues as reasons, “Raison D’être,” when based on faux science. We need to stop it all!
Reassess what and who is behind all of this mess!
There are a small group of global technology companies that control AI data centers worldwide. These companies ARE HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT! This will eventually be eaten by the little people. One way or another, we are still the PREY!
TAKE RAEDEN COMPANY, attempting to bring AI into the Garden of the Gods Corridor. It actually does not matter where in the state — same game, different players, all connected in their agenda. Don’t ask; they won’t really tell you the bigger picture.
“Raeden is a privately held real estate and digital infrastructure company founded in 2019 by data center and telecommunications veterans, including co-founders Kari Schrader (CEO) and Jason Green (President). The Oakland, California-based developer is backed by private investors such as WVV Capital.” [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Raeden operates primarily as a colocation developer. They specialize in adaptive reuse — retrofitting and developing existing commercial and industrial facilities to create high-density data centers. Once retrofitted, the space is rented out to enterprise and AI technology companies.
WHO IS WVV CAPITAL?
“WVV Capital is a $100M early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Operating as a joint venture, it focuses on bridging the gap between academia and industry by investing in data-hungry startups and Industrial AI.”
Established through a unique partnership among four leading corporations, allowing deep industry relationships:
ADVOCATE HEALTH — Healthcare Sector
Areas of impact: Clinical preeminence & safety, clinical & community impact, affordability, next-generation workforce, discovery, learning, and environmental sustainability. Goal: Carbon neutrality by 2030, net zero carbon by 2035. (FALSE HOAX POLICIES COSTING TAXPAYERS TRILLIONS GLOBALLY.) Covers Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, NC, SC, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Strong organizational presence in Chicago and Milwaukee.
NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL — Financial Technology
Venture arm: Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures (NMFV). Recently launched $150 Million Fund III targeting emerging fintech and insurtech startups.
Notable portfolio companies: Chime and Levitate.
Levitate (levitate.ai): “Our Happiness Platform combines authentic communication tools, dedicated success specialists, and AI to help you build lasting relationships.” — ANOTHER SMALL COG IN THIS EXPANDING WHEEL!
Chime is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC. Just another cog in the wheel!
Insurance risk illustrations with wealth management. Named “Best InsurTech Solution” by FinTech Breakthrough. AI & Machine Learning: Large Language Models.
“Data Science Initiative: The firm co-founded the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute to advance Southeastern Wisconsin as a major hub for tech and AI innovation.”

FOXCONN — Manufacturing and Related Tech Sectors (Hon Technology Group)
World’s largest electronics manufacturer, operating across three core product pillars and heavily investing in three emerging technology industries.
Core Product Pillars:
- Smart Consumer Electronics
- Cloud & Networking Products
- Computing Products
Emerging Tech Sectors:
- Electric Vehicles (EVs — WAIT, haven’t we already proven the non-science and idiocy of this entire industry? No one wants to buy EVs back, risk exploding batteries, or be controlled by how far they can go. Just asking for a friend.)
- Robotics & Advanced Automation: Integrating robotics and advanced automation into their global “factory of the future” initiatives. BECAUSE THIS WILL CREATE LOTS OF HUMAN JOBS? NOT!
QUESTION: JUST WITH WHOM ARE WE ALIGNING? WITH WHOM ARE WE IN BED WITH? WHAT ABOUT THE OLD SAYING — LAY DOWN WITH DOGS, WAKE UP WITH FLEAS?
I do not doubt that these companies have aligned to create complete packages, but of what? Controls? Where do they go from the above, and just who are the real money players in all of this? How do they control this global, faux sustainability, faux net-zero premise? How many more trillions will they bleed from the little people before the little people wake up to the bigger picture? Is this, after all, a true Pandora’s Box of destruction, control, and anti-humanity?
HERE IS A RECIRCULATION OF A BILL I ADDRESSED, IN OP-ED FORM. CONSIDER THE HARMS OF DATA CENTERS — NATIONWIDE, GLOBALLY! WILL WE EVER HAVE ANY PRIVACY OR SANITY?
“PANDORA’S BOX OF EXTINCTION MUCH?”
FOLKS:
Three punches in one fell swoop — “Colorado Data Workforce, Clean Energy, Grid Modernization, Consumer and Environmental Protection Act?” Have you read the Colorado Clean Energy 800-plus pages of false science? Have you monitored the Consumer and Environmental actions? USURPATION OF THIS STATE AND ITS FUTURE GROWTH IN ENERGY!
This state has supported hyper-high transmission lines to help take energy away from local communities, transport it over distance, and continue the control of centralized power systems. That is not protecting local grids, communities, or people! Our Legislature supported PUC, XCEL, and others taking land via eminent domain illegally, assuring centralized control at the cost of the very people who built and paid for this state! This state is pushing fake renewal, climate, clean, green, zero-tolerance, anti-CO2 energy policies which will destroy the average citizen. Why is this state, this body, tying our future to totally destructive, invasive, unsustainable, unaffordable policies which will impact humanity in irreversible ways?
Google AI on what data centers will do to humans. It says EXTINCTION! While I am not against reasonable and thoughtful development, this is being done totally against the USA’s citizens.
“While AI data centers enrich the Big Tech elite, our water, climate, and communities pay the price.” Approximately nine global tech giants control AI data centers worldwide, and they are hundreds of billions of dollars in debt. WHO WILL PAY THAT BILL? YOU WILL!
“These facilities can take many forms, ranging from small server rooms inside office buildings to massive, stand-alone campuses the size of hundreds of football fields. This last category, often known as ‘hyperscale’ data centers, has drawn particular attention thanks to their size, rapid growth, and substantial impacts on local communities.
There were just over 3,900 data centers across the United States as of late January — nearly 37% of the world’s total. Virginia, often described as ‘the data center capital of the world,’ hosts the largest number of facilities, followed by Texas and California. Together, the top 10 states account for roughly 60% of all data centers nationwide.” (World Resources Institute)
- DATA CENTERS RAISE ENERGY DEMAND AND ELECTRICITY BILLS. A single hyperscale AI data center can consume as much energy as 100,000 households, and the largest as much as 2 million. This increased demand and infrastructure have been linked to skyrocketing energy prices across the country. There are hundreds of AI data centers already all over the nation — 60 in Colorado, and over 300 in the four-state Midwest area, of which 24 are hyperscale. The impacts are MASSIVE!
- DATA CENTERS ARE USING UP GAS, COAL, AND OTHER SOURCES. This source is supporting a hurry-up nuclear buildup — also not a safe way to develop clean energy long term. BIG TECH NEEDS POWER AND IS STOMPING FORWARD NO MATTER WHAT!
- DATA CENTERS ARE ENDANGERING OUR WATER SUPPLY. Massive amounts of water are needed for cooling servers, which run super-hot. Estimate for 2028: U.S. data center water needs for cooling could equal that of 18.5 million U.S. households — or more. So why are as many as 2/3 of data centers built since 2022 in water-stressed regions? Example: A Georgia Meta center has reports of neighboring taps running dry.
- DATA CENTERS ARE CREATING MORE AIR POLLUTION. Mixed data here, but raising alarms.
- DATA CENTERS ARE SHRINKING OUR FUNDS. Loss of millions in tax revenue to entice Big Tech — not small businesses, the real lifeblood of a society. Government is shelling out billions to prop up AI. While we use semiconductors for computers, what is the big picture here?
- DATA CENTERS ARE THREATENING JOBS. They do not create many jobs after construction, and those that exist are 168 times more costly than an average job in income. They will destabilize entire industries, eliminate tens of thousands of jobs, and replace too many entry-level positions. FEELS LIKE PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE.
- DATA CENTERS ARE A BLIGHT ON COMMUNITIES. Long and disruptive construction periods wreak havoc — longer commutes, traffic, closed public playgrounds, diminished quality of life, constant buzzing from cooling systems. 24 HOURS PER DAY.
- THE DATA CENTER BOOM IS IMPERILING THE ENTIRE ECONOMY. This AI boom is propped up by huge debt, financial trickery, and speculation — risking an economic meltdown of epic proportions. AI companies are already hundreds of billions of dollars in debt. Where will these promised profits come from?
- DATA CENTERS CREATE TOXIC TRASH DUMPED ON OTHER COUNTRIES. Servers, chips, and computing components inside centers become trash within a few short years. Will they dump disposal on developing nations?
Exposure includes metals like lead, mercury, and cadmium, linked to health issues from neurodevelopmental impairments to cancer and more.
- AI DEVOURS OUR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA. Massive data-scraping efforts by AI companies target all of our information — medical, financial, private, and more. Insidious!
Seven of the top 10 richest people on the globe are U.S. tech leaders with wealth in the hundreds of billions. The imbalance of power is evident.
(Info from several online sources, including Food & Water Watch)
This sure explains why there is such a push for more and more data centers in the Midwest, with its wide-open lands — impacting farmers and ranchers, using sneaky tools like conservation easements and other methods to gain access and control, swooping in on unsuspecting ranchers with generations of ownership. This is a global effort playing out dangerously in America.
THIS IS THE OPENING OF PANDORA’S BOX, AND IT IS TRULY GOING TO RENDER US EXTINCT! AI may have a place in some things, but what is happening in real time is a complete takeover, and this cannot end well for humanity. WEF, Davos, Harari, Schwab, et al. have already said the UN Agenda 2030 calls for 2/3 of us depopulated by 2030. Add the 30×30 Rewilding Plans to remove us totally from our lands! TOO EASILY EXPLOITED — THIS IS THE TOOL OF THE DEVIL, EVIL, AND NOT GOOD OR GOD! Sometimes simpler is better!
