How are property tax fraud and school bond debt stealing and stripping our equities?
There is a nationwide crime spree of defrauding homeowners through overvaluations and school district bond fraud. When you add the WEF/Davos globalist interference in our nation’s commercial and residential real estate — and their stated goal to own it all — mixed with shell corporations buying us up in record numbers, you create a perfect storm of “You will own nothing, and you will like it.” This was stated publicly by the WEF. Do we stop over-borrowing? Do we work with what we have until we have better standards — given that fewer than 50% of adults in the USA read above a sixth-grade level?
According to Mockingbird Properties owner Mitch Vexler, about 37 percent of American households face bankruptcy or losing their homes as a direct result of fraud in taxation. As he said, while homeowners build up a lifetime of equity, increasing taxes driven by inflated valuations create unsustainable debt. When you add 401(k) plans and pensions that hold school district bonds — bonds which cannot be repaid — you have a perfect storm of loss for homeowners. We have not even discussed the increasing insurance rates. As Vexler said, national school bond debt is approximately $5.1 trillion, growing with interest, and will not be repayable. The real truth about how bonds impact our economy must be exposed. This becomes highway robbery for the average homeowner. Many in Colorado have seen their taxes triple in the last few years. This is not right, and it is not affordable. Mr. Vexler has engaged in a large number of suits in Texas to start the fight for homes and families.
One of Mr. Vexler’s ideas is to replace property taxes entirely with a uniform state sales tax, to eliminate central appraisal districts and school boards — the fraudsters — and provide transparent funding using state comptrollers. Through a stabilization period of approximately three years, the rate can drop to no annual tax. Something must be done to stop making homeowners and renters guarantee bonds that are fraudulent to start with and will never free us economically. The entire property tax system is not even constitutional. It simply enslaves the entire population and literally destroys the middle class.
When you add what Yvonne Paez said — “Government cannot rule over the people if the people are self-reliant” — you see more destabilization and destruction of this nation. Add millions of non-paying illegal invaders who will not contribute but will consume more of our money and taxes, and you step all over the actual citizens. Highway robbery is a real thing here.
This also attacks our culture of hard-working families, safer communities, and a more affordable, sustainable future for people who have spent a lifetime building their dreams, homes, and futures for their families. This is being stolen from us daily. In Colorado, it is enhanced by the many unconstitutional and illegal bills signed into law, further stripping our rights, our economy, and our ability to own homes. It must all be stopped.
