IS THE COLORADO LEGISLATURE MOVING TO A NEW BUDGET POLICY OF “ROB PETER TO PAY PAUL” IS THIS MORE OF THE “REDISTRIBUTION” OF SOCIETY MONEY? IS THIS BILL THE CULMINATION OF APPROX. 50 “ORBITAL BILLS” TO PUSH THROUGH YOUR AGENDA: CONTROL, CONTROL CONTROL, AND OF COURSE MORE CONTROL OF OUR ALLOCATIONS OF MONIES PAID BY TAXPAYERS, AND USED BY THIS BODY TO OVEREXTEND, OVERREACH, AND MISAPPROPRIATE FUNDS TO LITERALLY “TRANSFORM OUR CULTURE IN COLORADO TO A SOCIALIST/MARXIST SYSTEM?”
Realizing that the budget information for executive, legislative, and judicial department of state, and programs necessary to conduct the needed even vital programs of the state, this body has not created a true budget cut program. This body instead, has chosen winners and losers to create MORE SPENDING, MORE PROGRAMS, MORE AUTHORITIES, AND MORE PROCEDURES TO “HOODWINK” REALITY. You have literally INCREASED THE BODGET by shifting monies from one fund, source to another. You have increased the taxes on the citizens of Colorado by adding FEES to cover up added taxes. You have created penalties, and a ton of ways to penalize the taxpayers, and of course, as ewe have mentioned, SKIRT AROUND TABOR, TO fund your inability to conduct a proper budget and live within this. You have chosen areas that enable abuse of our funds, increase money to programs like health care, and social programs to forward the liberal agendas. All the while you cut transportation, prisons, and law enforcement. You have enabled dumping on federal and constitutional laws, and actually behaved in CONTEMPT of the same. The game/play of funds moving around like musical chairs, is deception, and I contend Fraudulent.’
The obvious “REORGANIZATION” of Colorado toward global policies and social justice policies are wrapped into most of the bills provided this body by obvious sources, lobbyists, and other organizations bent’ on taking away more and more of the citizens’ rights. Your budget tells us where your priorities live! These issues have driven our state legislature into a “Death Spiral” into socialism/Marxism by laws, rules, bills, statutes, and silencing our voice as a Constitutional Representative Republic.
There is no way the average citizen can possibly understand this bill, the budget changes, nor react in such a “WILLY NILLY” rushed way these bills are shoved down their throats. BIG BROTHER HAS IT ALL, JUST COMPLY: Again: Safety Clause again, to keep the Power within!
