This bill was pulled last night, and I really think all of you need to read this, and consider carefully any future engagement, legislation in not just ENERGY, but our entire state and the future of our PRECIOUS CHILDREN! Its obvious that I have not agreed with the Majority on most of the bills, and someone the Minority Side as well. But, let me be honest with you all! I have written on over 280 bills in the last 3 sessions, and as of last night, zoomed testimony on approximately 38 in this session. This has been hard, devastating as I watched you shred holes in our constitution, and into our lives as citizens. The bill sponsor on 1030 was proud of his last 8 years in energy, and this bill. I am sad he felt that the destruction of our Energy independence in Colorado was a proud experience. This behavior has been promoted by lobby forces, and far left leaning tyranny. Nothing less! You all have been fooled, hoodwinked, and led down the Primrose Path of Human Destruction. Look Up the UN Agenda 2030, 2/3 of us depopulated by 2030. I am not making it up. Look up the horrors in vaccines, and the WHO lies about pandemics to CONTROL you and your children.
I know many of you are Democrats, but are you so blind to the fact that your children will not make it out of this nightmare any more than ours on either the right, or independents?
You are Presiding over no less than the extinction, destruction of Humanity.
Bills to reward child rapists, child mutilations, sterilizations, and indoctrinations into porn subjects is criminal and wrong. Yet you voted for bills to enable all of this and more.
I honestly feel that the best thing that could happen to WE THE PEOPLE would be if none of you showed up for the next session! Do take it personally, because I have. It came at great cost to me to be involved, during some serious health issues, but my children, my nation are at stake. Three Punches in one fell swoop? “Colorado Data Workforce, Clean Energy, Grid Modernization, Consumer and Environmental Protection Act?” Have you read the Colorado Clean Energy 800 plus pages of false science? Have you monitored the Consumer and Environmental actions? This body turned down a true grid modernization/vulnerability assessment! Nothing in your opening of this bill is even true, but instead very misleading, and a total USURPATION OF THIS STATE AND ITS FUTURE GROWTH IN ENERGY! Hold your Horses, and Slow Down, so we can really assess the Big Picture!
Now first and foremost: YOU SLAP THE SAFETY CLAUSE ON THIS “ANOTHER BOONDOGGLE” BILL on the unsuspecting voters by shutting them out of a conversation! This state has supported hyper high transmission lines, to help take energy away from local communities, transport over distance, and continue the CONTROL of centralized power systems. That is not protecting local grids, communities, or people! This body supported PUC, EXCEL & others taking land via eminent domain illegally, assuring centralized control at the cost of the very people that built and paid for this state! This state is PUSHING FAKE RENEWAL/CLIMATE/CLEAN/GREEN/ZERO TOLERANCE/ANTI CO2 Energy Policies which will destroy the average citizen! Why is this state, this body tying our future to totally destructive, invasive, unsustainable, UNAFFORDABLE, POLICIES which will impact humanity in IRREVERSIBLE ways?
Google AI on what data centers will do to humans. It says EXTINCTION! While I am not against reasonable, and thoughtful development, this is being done totally against the USA’s citizens!

DATA CENTERS RAISE ENERGY DEMAND AND ELECTRICITY BILLS A single Hyperscale AI data center can consume as much energy as 100,000 households, and the largest as much as 2 million. This increased demand and infrastructurehave been linked to skyrocketing energy prices across the country. THERE are hundreds of AI data centers already all over the nation. 60 in Colorado, and over 300 plus in the four Midwest state area, of which 24 are HYPER data centers. The impacts are MASSIVE!
DATA CENTERS ARE USING UP GAS, COAL, AND OTHER SOURCES This source is supporting a hurry up and do nuclear buildup, also not a safe way to develop clean energy long term. BIG TECH NEEDS POWER, AND IS STOMPING FORWARD NO MATTER WHAT!
DATA CENTERS ARE ENDANGERING OUR WATER SUPPLY. Massive amounts of water for cooling servers, due to running super-hot. Estimate: 2028: US data center water needs for cooling could be as high as 18.5 million US households. Or more! So why are as much as 2/3 of data centers since 2022 in water stressed regions, Ex. Georgia Meta Center has reports of neighboring taps running dry.
DATA CENTERS ARE CREATING MORE AIR POLLUTION? Mixed bag of data here, but raising alarms.
DATA CENTERS ARE SHRINKING OUR FUNDS? Loss of millions of dollars in tax revenue to entice Big Tech (not small businesses) the real life-blood of a society. Government to shell out billions to prop up AI. While we USE semiconductors for computers, what is the big picture here?
DATA THREATENING JOBS. It does not create many jobs after construction, and those that it does are 168 times more costly than an average job in income! They will Destabilize entire industries, eliminates tens of thousands of jobs. Replace too many entry-level jobs. FEELS LIKE PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE.
DATA CENTERS ARE A BLIGHT ON COMMUNITIES. LONG AND DISRUPTIVE CONSTRUCTION periods to wreak havoc on communities such as longer commutes, traffic, closed public playgrounds, quality of life, CONSTANT BUZZING OF DATA CENTERS WHEN COOLING, ETC. 24 HOURS PER DAY.
DATA CENTER BOOM IS IMPERILING THE ENTIRE ECONOMY. THIS AI boom, is held up on huge debt by financial trickery, speculation, and risks an economic meltdown of epic proportions. AI companies are already Hundreds of Billions of dollars in debt. Where will these promised profits come from?
DATA CENTERS CREATE TOXIC TRASH DUMPED ON OTHER COUNTRIES – WHAT? Servers, chips, computing components inside centers, become trash in a short few years. Will they dump the disposal on developing nations? Exposure of this includes metals like “lead, mercury, cadmium, and linked to health issues from “neuro-developmental impairments to cancer, and more.”
AI DEVOURS OUR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA. Massive data scraping efforts from AI companies on all our information, medical, financial, private, and more. Insidious!
7 of the top 10 richest people on the globe, are US tech leaders and have wealth in the hundreds of billions. Imbalance of power is evident.

This sure explains why there is such a push for more and more data centers in the Midwest, with wide open lands, impacting the farmers/ranchers, and using sneaky tools like conservation easements, and other methods to gain access/control, and swoop in on unsuspecting ranchers who have had generations of ownership. This is a global effort, and is playing out dangerously in America.
THIS IS THE OPENING OF PANDORA’S BOX, AND IS TRULY GOING TO RENDER US EXTINCT!
