Since 1992, Colorado taxpayers made it Constitutionally clear they supported the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights” (TABOR), and expected ANY tax increases must be approved by the people and their Right to determine how their money is used!
Both before, and now through “Backdoor” sneak methods, taxpayers have been excluded from decisions in taxes, growth of our government, and this included increases in rates, mill levies, debt, bonds, and various other means to increase what the government spends, creates, and what the taxpayers must PAY!
While TABOR required Ballot Transparency, and Full Fiscal disclosures as to how any tax increase impacts VOTERS’ pocket books, the state has often avoided that accountability, including the TOO OFTEN USED SAFETY CLAUSE, stopping a vote by people, or by improperly portraying our impacts from the many bills, (ORBITAL BILLS TO SNEAK IN MORE FEES/TAXES).
What this has allowed goes against the Voters’ Right to INFORMED Consent, and often Comprehend due to confusing language and skirting around the truth! IT ALSO SUPPORTS THE GLOBALIST THREAT TO TAKE EVERYTHING AND LEAVE US ALL DESTITUTE!
Over collecting Taxpayers funds as well as over spending, planning, and executing programs without proper accountability, transparency, have all negatively impacted the citizens, the businesses, and the wellbeing of the entire state of Colorado. The way this session has again skirted around Tabor, to increase Budgets Beyond Reason, not cutting waste, and hiding so much from the public is OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL. It truly is a violation of the oath of office of all supposed elected representatives.
This Resolution insures the government goes back to RESPECTING THE WILL AND RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE!
WITHOUT THIS, WE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A 3RD WORLD NATION IN DISTRESS!

TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION-LET ME COUNT THE WAYS!
What if we found out that many of our systems are designed to take more money than is legal, right, or beneficial to our very lives?
What if we found out that the systems of property valuation, taxation, retirement programs, and bond programs all connect to not just Fraud, but an actual Crime Scene nationwide, and is wrapped up in the crime of “EQUITY STRIPPING?”
What if I told you, that this is by design to derail the middle class and our very families futures, lives, home ownership, asset holdings, and total control of our EVERY MOVE? Klaus Schwab, former leader of World Economic Forum quoted “You will own nothing, and you will like it…” and with utter audacity & cruelty he also said “You will eat the bugs.” Global systems to strip our land and food production, ownership are in process daily in our nation, which is a complete crime against all of us citizens.
It is being said that approximately 37.8% of our population is at risk of losing their homes, and this would include owners, and renters.
Over-valuation of homes, drives you into higher taxes by appraisal, mil levy, thereby stripping you of your EQUITY in your homes! This turns into a total fraudulent network of Highway Robbery! It strips many of their “Human Dignity” by taking away their ability to have a home, and safe haven for their families! Sound frighteningly familiar? “Government cannot rule over the people, if they are SELF RELIANT” ( Yvonne Paez ) This destabilizes a society, and a nation.
It appears many schools are on the verge of bankruptcy, due to huge salaries for administrators, by frivolous programs of social engineering and other non-academic programs, and a basic disregard of actual academic learning. Hence, many schools are turning out less and less competent graduates, as in more than 50% of those going on to higher education. Schools are driven into BOND programs, which are not realistically able to be repaid, (if someone would do the real math on bond programs) nor solve any real problems, other than to dip into taxes, dip into 40l.K and other retirement programs. Again, the average citizen ends up losing all the way around. This is known by banks, & higher administrators, but not made transparent to the taxpayers, to the teachers and students, who will be the Victims of loss of quality programs, and incomes! The lies of the Bond Programs is a total Crime Scene, and actual corruption. One quote is $5.1 Trillion (low Number) school bond fraud, actually an Election Fraud System, and violates Amendments No: 1, 5, 14,16, American Procedures Act, Rico, and much more! (Mockingbird Properties) All school total activities, budgets, should be transparent, on line!
You should look into this yourselves, but how could we address this?
As opposed to these systems, undercover, we should go to a Uniform State Sales Tax, which would have to be totally transparent, shown online, covered by the state comptroller, stop abuse of funds to the schools. Perhaps have 8% or some fair sales tax which could then solve the schools problems, rather than the highway to fraud in which it is now hidden. Our entire tax our homes fore life is a Fraud! Even when you buy a home, you are renting from the government OVERREACH.
